Paul Doucet

Machine Learning Engineer

Paul Doucet, MS, is a Machine Learning Engineer at Modella AI, where he works as a core member on the research & development team. Previously, Paul worked in Profesor Faisal Mahmood's Lab at Harvard Medical School where he co-led the development of the HEST framework for digital pathology and Spatial Transcriptomics ([NeurIPS 2024]). Previously, Paul also worked as a Computer Vision Engineer, developing real time detection and tracking systems. Paul earned his Master's in Computer Science from ETH Zurich, where he specialized in machine learning, and his Bachelor's degree in Computer Science from EPFL.
