Gabrielle “Gabi” Raia is the Chief Commercial Officer of Modella AI. Gabi is an experienced executive leader in precision medicine focusing on molecularly driven diseases including cancer and genetic diseases with a proven track record for commercial success. Gabi has held multiple executive level positions leading global sales, marketing, business development and technical support, most notably as Head of Sales at ArcherDX. Gabi's extensive background also includes significant contributions to next-generation sequencing technologies as Senior Vice President of Global Sales and Technical Support at Arima Genomics and several management and business development clinical roles at Illumina, Ion Torrent (now ThermoFisher) and Pacific Biosciences where she helped bridge the gap between translational research and diagnostic assays. She played a significant role on the clinical team that pioneered Illumina's first-ever FDA cleared NGS instrument and assay. Gabi's professional journey reflects a two-decade commitment to advancing cutting edge technologies and their applications in revolutionizing patient care, positioning her as a valuable asset in the rapidly evolving field of precision medicine. Gabi obtained her BS in Molecular and Cell Biology from Penn State.
